Jon Gosselin is going broke...big shock.

Radaronline.com is reporting that Jon Gosselin is going broke quickly. Didn't see that one coming. Jon hasn't had a steady job since "Jon and Kate Plus Eight" got cancelled and he spent a fortune in a legal battle with TLC. Kate's getting $200,000 for "Dancing With the Stars" AND she's getting a new reality program. Who knew having a working uterus could be so damn lucrative???

As I reported yesterday, Jon wants his cash cow back so he's going for sole custody of the children claiming that Kate is an absentee mom. Personally I don't think either one is a responsible parent but that's just me. Anyway, I can't see Jon pulling this one off. Oh, let's just face it. The man doesn't have a hope in hell.

After being off the radar for a while America's greatest dad is back! Jon, who imploded when TLC shut him down is now seeking sole custody of his children. He says that Kate is an absent mother and is spending all of her time on Dancing With The Stars and not with the children. He also wants child support reduced because he says that $20,000 a month is too high. To put the icing on the cake he is considering asking the judge to reverse the support all together as he feels that he should be paid by Kate.

Good luck with that one Jon. Let me know how it works out. I'm sure there is a 0% chance that you want the kids to get another reality show going. Nah, it's all done out of love.

Courtney Love unfit mother??? No f'ing way dude!!!

So as of last Friday she lost the legal posession of her kid to Kurt Cobain's mother and sister.  I thought this was a little strange considering that her daughter Frances Bean is 17 years old.  I guess it's never too late to save a life.  Today was the icing on the cake.  The judge enacted a temporary restraining order preventing Courtney from contacting her daughter directly (in person) or indirectly (on the phone).  Damn, wonder if it has anything to do with, oh I don't know COCAINE?????

It's all about the kiddies today in The Control Room. Sharon "karma" Stone wants to get to see more time with her son Roan (great name). She adopted him in 2000 when she was still married to Philip Bronstein who got primary custody when they divorced in 2004. She's filed with San Francisco Supreme Court for a change in primary custody and she won't get it because she's nuts but hey if Britney can get overnight visitation then anything is possible however I always thought Britney had a chance because she's nuts but she can also break down and make you feel bad for her. Sharon on the other hand always comes out as a cold bitch. I don't think Bronstein is going to have any trouble keeping this kid.

My faith in family court is a little better now...but not much.

here's how it went down. Britney shows up for court for the hearing that she asked for, goes through the metal detectors, then decides "screw it" and never actually makes it to the courtroom.

In a move that stunned me considering how lenient the courts have been with her, the judge decided not to change the current situation of no visitation with K-Fed retaining full custody. Wow.

However, on February 19th will be the next hearing so she will get another chance to try again...if she can actually make it physically into the courtroom.

You've GOT to be friggin kidding me.

At the risk of going on a rant I'd just like to state again that men have no rights when it comes to family court. This is proven to me time and time again. Well the same laws that give a psychopath like Britney a million last chances to get visitation has done it again. Denise Richards got what she wanted. Despite the fact that in her divorce agreement with Charlie Sheen it specifically states that both parents must jointly agree on decisions regarding the children, the judge told Richards that she can go ahead with the reality program despite Sheens protests that it was exploiting the children. In my opinion this renders the whole divorce settlement null and void since it can be altered without Sheens approval to serve his ex-wife at any time she wishes it.

Great job Denise Richards for being a fantastic mother and whoring out your kids so you can make a buck, after all it's not like you can actually get a job yourself and thank you to America's family courts for being a bunch of one sided fucks. Thank you for making certain that I have no belief that any man will ever get justice in the event of divorce. Thank you.
